Just a quick email to let you know we ran into a small glitch during the night and real purchases have been suspended until tonight, the issue is being worked on even as a type this email.
As you may or may not know some members funded their wallet and accidentally spent those funds on simulation packs.
We ran a script last night to put all spendable funds back from transaction history, the script was left running and it seems our recent integration of incapsula to optimise the speed of the site somehow blocked the script, don’t ask me how I am not a techy. But it does mean we can complete final optimisations and tweaks during the day when the site has more activity making sure everything is right.
The real purchases will go live tonight now with the webinar at around 8pm UK time.
Sorry for the delay, we had planned on a seamless process but as you know these things do have a habit of throwing unexpected issues.
After much consideration Duplicate accounts from MB will only be merged on request due to the legal implications of merging two separate individuals accounts. The first IP registered in MB will be the primary account in TPL.
Anyone who was “Active” in MB will have $55 placed in their wallet balance to allow them to purchase their initial starter packs. We will be taking care of any further funds later today or tomorrow. This is being done to get you started but to give us a chance to get more important things sorted out first.
Just so you are aware of how strict we are with the stacking rules and duplicate accounts in TPL per IP addresses, if we find double accounts per IP address, per processor, per mac address or browser cookie both of the accounts linked will be closed with no exceptions.

New Payment Regulations At AdPackPro International
Dear Adpackers – as a company, we grow extraordinary fast and we most certainly want to keep up with the quality of all payments made to you. In order to keep up the good work, we decided on the following in regards to all future payouts.
Please understand, that our company works from Monday till Friday 3:00pm (business hours) and that you will have to process your withdrawal request during these times. During these hours, we are also preparing your payout requests for our banking days on the following Monday and Tuesday.
So all requests will be executed for you from Monday to Tuesday of the following week. Depending your bank and payment channels, you will then receive your payout in to your account or card accordingly.
Please note, that we do not process anymore payout requests on a weekend and that all payout requests will have to be done during our business hours, as described in the former.
Important! Please refrain from contacting support if a payment has not reached your card or account in a day but instead wait at least until Thursday of the same week. Should your requested payout not have reached you by Friday that same week, then most certainly contact support.
Problems for failed bank transfers may lay in wrong bank details configured in your AdpackPro Backoffice or you may have received faulty details from your bank
As for this week, we will execute all payout requests, that have reached us until Sunday the 14th of last week.
