Your Mind

Your mind can be your best friend or your worst enemy. Your mind can make you believe anything.

If you hear that you are not good enough, it will find the reasons for you to believe that you are not good enough.

If you hear that something wrong with you, it will find the reasons to believe that something is wrong with you.



Your mind is so powerful that it can create any “symptoms” just as it can find any “cure.”

Just as much as you control your mind, your mind controls you. It’s never ending battle and you decide what side is going to win…



Always keep in your thoughts that your mind was designed to help you survive, not to make you happy.

If you are doing something not familiar and what you have never done before, your mind will try to stop you. The doubts will creep in. The fear will kick in.


If you are going to play with fire, the mind will let you know that you can get burn.

If you are going to accomplish something great, the mind will make sure to let you know that you can fall.



Awareness is your biggest power. Knowing when your mind is trying to warn you and keep you safe or when it’s trying to stop you from getting out of your comfort zone and stepping into unknown.


Filter everything you hear, specially if you hear from people around you that you can’t do something, if something is wrong with you or you are not good enough.

Remember it’s a reflection of their limits, not yours…
